What does your future look like? What role do careers and personal experiences play in this? The participants of "Future Move Stage" have intensively explored these questions.
In an installation at the Theater an der Parkaue, they will present their creative work, created during the project. Supported by artists, they developed and implemented their ideas.
Following the event, there will be a discussion with the audience.
Registration: Admission is free; please register at vermittlung@parkaue.de.
(IN GERMAN)
"Future Move Stage" is a career guidance project in the theater sector for young FLINTAQ* people. In weekly meetings, you will gain insights into technical careers in the arts and exchange ideas with experts from theater, technology, and culture.
Through workshops with technicians and FLINTAQ artists, visits to training centers, and internships at stage productions and festivals, we will gain valuable practical experience. The knowledge we acquire will be incorporated into the development of our own artistic stage installation, which will be presented at the Theater an der Parkaue.
The program strengthens the personal and professional development of participants, breaks down barriers to interaction with institutions, and advocates for greater diversity and accessibility in theater. Together, we are shaping a fairer working world – with a focus on the realities of those affected.
FLINTAQ* stands for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans, agender, and queer people.
The project is organized by Future Move e.V. in cooperation with the Theater an der Parkaue. The project is funded by the Berlin Project Fund for Cultural Education.
