The Fuasi Organ Ensemble is a groove-oriented jazz band from Berlin that combines the tradition of Hammond organ bands from the 1960s and 1970s with a modern sound. Led by saxophonist Fuasi Abdul-Khaliq, the ensemble consists of Tal Balshai on Hammond organ, Gur Liraz on guitar, and Tilman Person on drums. Together they create an energetic, warm, and contemporary band sound influenced by soul, blues, and modern jazz. The ensemble was nominated for the German Jazz Award in 2025.
