On the second Sunday of Advent, 25 artists in Berlin-Friedrichshagen will open their studios and invite visitors to 15 locations.

The diverse range of art on display, including paintings, graphic art, sculptures, porcelain and textiles, will offer visitors an insight into the artistic creativity of the district. In an intimate setting, visitors can explore a range of works, from small pieces to extensive series.
Kunstadvent also sees itself as a neighbourhood meeting place: in addition to the exhibitions, the programme will include readings, small concerts and the 'Funkenflug' fire show on Sunday evening.
Thus, the event combines the pre-Christmas atmosphere with open access to the local art scene, making artistic processes tangible.
