The right to have rights
There are currently over 12 million people living in Germany who do not hold German nationality, including 1.5 million who do not have a German passport, even though they were born here. The short film *Das Recht, Rechte zu haben* (The Right to Have Rights) encourages viewers to reflect on the significance of nationality, statelessness and life with a temporary residence permit.
