In this workshop, participants will experience moments of deceleration and mindfulness, connecting with the natural world that surrounds us through creative expression.



The mindful approach is far more than a nature walk; it provides methods and suggestions for increased resilience, relaxation, and connection with nature in everyday life. After just a short time, stress levels can be noticeably reduced—and this in the middle of a big city.


Each session of field bathing is guided by a core theme (appropriate to the season), which invites participants to get to know themselves and their individual needs and resources better.
