Family Scavenger Hunt on the Sustainable Development Goals

The elementary school’s playground will be transformed into an interactive experience area with hands-on stations focusing on the environment, nutrition, consumption, fairness, and community life. Using their SDG-pass, families can collect stamps at each station. A small sustainable surprise awaits them at the end.

The SDGs are a response to the consequences of industrialization. Industrial development has created prosperity and progress, but it has also caused environmental destruction, social inequalities, and the climate crisis. The family scavenger hunt demonstrates in a playful way just how easy it can be to act sustainably at the local level.

This event is part of the Berlin Industrial Heritage Festival.
