Exhibition at the German Design Museum

The German Design Museum is presenting a comprehensive exhibition on Dieter Rams, one of the most influential designers of the 20th and 21st centuries, until March 14, 2026.

The exhibition offers a concise overview of all phases of his work and showcases iconic designs for Braun and Vitsoe – including the SK 5 radio, the Braun wall unit, and the 606 shelving system.

Created in collaboration with the Lüders Collection and Rams expert Dr. Bujar Aruqai, the exhibition offers rare insights into original designs, prototypes, and works being shown in Berlin for the first time. It clearly demonstrates why Rams' "Ten Principles for Good Design" continue to set standards for functionality, clarity, and timeless aesthetics.
