Trade unionists, Flanders and resistance fighters

The naming of the streets in the residential district of Carl Legien represents the eventful history of Berlin in the 20th century. The history/stories surrounding the conflict-laden (re)naming processes in the Weimar Republic, after 1933 and 1945 and in the post-reunification years are the subject of the walk through the streets of the neighborhood. (Not an architectural tour)
