Many places in Berlin have disappeared and "real" Berliners are also slowly becoming rare. But the songs about them that remain! And when we sing them, the "old Berlin" is awakened again...

The Berlin air with its fragrance, where nothing fizzles out, is extensively sung about in many songs. This air has always been filled with stories, passions, loves, worries, needs and joys - and of course with the incomparable Berlin humour.

Come with us on a stroll into the past! Meet the Goose Little Family on Ku'damm and Fredy Sieg on Krumme Lanke.  On the bike ride out of Berlin we not only land in Potsdam, Werder and Ferch, but also in Bernau. That's where Zickenschulze is celebrating his wedding!

The Café Lyrik in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg offers live music in an intimate, cosy atmosphere four days a week.
The café is only open for the four selected concerts in the areas of chanson, klezmer, tango and jazz from Wednesday to Saturday from 7 pm.
