Variety of flavors and enjoyment in a class of its own

At the “Beef & Beer” event, the art of brewing and beef expertise merge to create an extraordinary culinary experience. Here visitors can expect not only good food and delicious beers, but also exciting background information and specialist knowledge from beer apostle and beer sommelier Florian Bauer.


The event features a variety of different beers as well as a 4-course beef tasting with different cuts of steak showcasing their diverse flavors. The cuts offered include the flank steak (approx. 80 g per person), a rib-eye steak (approx. 80 g per person), a fillet (approx. 60 g per person) and a tomahawk steak (approx. 60 g per person). Steakhouse fries are served as a side dish. This will be delicious and informative.
