The German-Brazilian vocal ensemble Água na Boca presents the concert ‘Saudades do Brasil – a musical journey into the Brazilian soul’ at the ufaFabrik in Berlin. Accompanied by a top-class band, the ensemble transports the audience into the diverse world of Música Popular Brasileira (MPB) and brings the Brazilian way of life to life in all its poetry and rhythm.

*Saudades do Brasil* is a loving look at the musical diversity of the country, which carries within it both the melancholic longing (saudade) for home and the joie de vivre and rhythm of Brazil.
The concert combines Brazilian rhythms and melodies with modern influences and offers an emotional journey into Brazilian music culture.
The ensemble consists of 10 singers from Germany and Brazil under the direction of Edy Godinho.
Together with guest musicians, their intercultural approach brings a special touch to the Brazilian music scene, carried by a warm and authentic sound.
