A family constellation takes a current concern and examines it in the context of relationships, roles and bonds within the family system. In the process, issues such as inclusion and exclusion, assumed responsibility, loyalty to the family or recurring relationship patterns can become visible in the room.

Representatives are chosen for the people or elements involved and positioned in the room. Distance, line of sight, body posture and movements help to create a picture of relationships that often remains abstract in conversation.

Friday morning begins with a therapeutic introduction to family constellation work. From Friday afternoon and throughout Saturday, the practical constellation work takes place. A total of six personal constellations, each lasting around 90 minutes, are scheduled.

We lead the entire weekend as a pair. Whilst one of us facilitates the visible process, the other observes further movements in the room and within the system. We combine our constellation work with energy work and other elements as they arise during the process.

Even participating without having your own constellation is an active part of the weekend. As a representative, you can directly experience closeness, distance, roles and movements within various family systems.

Participation

Maximum 20 people. Fee for the entire weekend: 444 euros. Payment in two instalments is possible. Participants are responsible for organising their own meals.
