On January 15, 2026, the NBA will make history in Berlin: For the first time, a regular-season game will be held in Germany – the Orlando Magic will face the Memphis Grizzlies at the Uber Arena.

A milestone for German basketball and a highlight for fans – the NBA will bring the spirit of the game directly to Berlin.
When the Orlando Magic play in Berlin, it will be a true home game for Franz and Moritz Wagner. The two national team players grew up in Berlin, once wore the ALBA BERLIN jersey, and later made their way to the NBA via a US college.
With Tristan da Silva, another German player will also take the court – underscoring the strong connection between Berlin and the NBA team.
