R-zieher sind Superhelden!
In the movies, a superhero chases the bad guy and is cheered and celebrated after the happy ending! The R-puller knows that it's a little different in real life. There are also superheroes, but they are not even celebrated and cheered. They also rarely celebrate a happy ending themselves, because when they do have time off, their own children are still waiting at home and the whole job starts all over again.

R-pullers are the unsung heroes of the age, facing a daily battle against peanut allergies, lactose intolerance and the ever-increasing expectations of helicopter parents.
Armed with a pedagogical concept - which can change very quickly depending on the institution - and liters of fruit tea, they face every difficult task in daycare centers, schools and on school trips.
