Treat yourself to a little break in the countryside. This workshop invites you to breathe consciously on Friday evenings, leave everyday life behind, and draw new strength from nature.



Surrounded by the greenery of the park and nature, you will practice mindfulness, presence, and connection with yourself and the world around you. Through meditation, gentle body and breathing exercises, as well as sensory and perception exercises, a space is created for deceleration, grounding, and vitality.


You are invited to sit in nature and connect with your body and breath, to move through nature with slow steps, to feel the ground beneath your feet, to listen to the sounds of nature, to encounter trees, plants, and the present moment.


No previous experience is necessary. A passion for nature and mindfulness, as well as a dose of curiosity, are wonderful companions.
