Day of action against anti-Semitism, racism and discrimination

Day of Action at the Mark Twain Library against Antisemitism, Racism, and Discrimination.

The Mark Twain Library invites you to a day of action against antisemitism, racism, and discrimination. Under the motto "Living Democracy – Strengthening Cohesion," it aims to set an example for tolerance, diversity, and respect.

On this day, the library opens its spaces for exchange, learning, and encounters. With lectures, readings, panel discussions, and creative offerings, it aims to stimulate reflection and encourage active commitment to an open and democratic society.

The goal is to promote social cohesion through knowledge, dialogue, and collective action and to make it clear that any form of exclusion has no place here. The library sees itself as a place of diversity where people are welcome regardless of their origin, religion, or lifestyle.

All interested parties are invited to take a strong stand for democracy and mutual respect on this day.
