Theater evening with the FU Berlin
What does it mean to live in "no man's land"? How visible can we be when conformity promises protection? "(Surviving) No Man's Land" tells the story of people living in an oppressive system that controls their voices and limits their freedom of action.
In a multi-layered production, the story unfolds across different levels of time and memory. Personal experiences, flashbacks, and visions of the future intertwine to form a dense tapestry of exclusion, conformity, and the desire for self-determination.
An artistic collage of original texts, performative scenes, and camera and video elements opens up new perspectives on the experiences.
The evening of theater invites the audience to question power structures and recognize moments of solidarity and hope where community becomes possible.
