Fête de la Musique Stage
2:00 PM – 2:45 PM Mia Ramer
Mia enchants her audience with her own compositions on the harp. Inspired by Celtic and folk traditions, she gives her music a contemporary touch through the use of loops and diverse sound effects.
3:15–4:00 PM KommaKlaus and the Five Exclamation Marks
Scenic concert—five musicians, a crocodile, and something constantly flying around. With a hybrid of concert and theater, KommaKlaus and the Exclamation Marks invite the audience on a melancholic high-flying journey where the line between laughter and tears blurs.
4:30 – 5:15 PM YELKA
YELKA’s music is atmospherically dense and strangely soothing, though there’s always a hint of gloom lingering in the air. Meditative post-post-rock with ambient noise,
wondrous sound ideas, and Yelka Wehmeier’s dreamlike vocals. Music like a fog in which one gladly loses oneself.
6:00–7:00 PM Chocolate in the Pocket
The quartet plays swing, jazz, and blues for dancers. Inspired by the jazz greats of the 1920s through 1950s, they bring their own charm to every arrangement.
