Drehbühne Berlin

In 2004, directors and actors Lorenz Chr. Köhler and Nanda Ben Chaabane founded the independent theater company Drehbühne Berlin. Their debut production, *The Little Prince*, which ran regularly for over 10 years at Berlin’s Admiralspalast and most recently in the 2024–25 season at the Heimathafen, has attracted well over 350,000 viewers to date.

Ditty

Ditty is an Indian-born, Berlin-based songwriter, poet, and urban ecology activist whose artistic practice blends music, activism, and a politics of care. Her songs are characterized by an unmistakable depth, while her compelling storytelling captivates audiences.

With her new album *KĀLĪ*, she is establishing herself as a powerful South Asian voice of the diaspora on the international indie scene. She is signed to the independent label and music publisher Clouds Hill (Mars Volta).

Her commitment to climate action is evident in groundbreaking projects such as Make Forests Not War—India’s first climate-neutral tour—as well as in collaborations with organizations like Greenpeace, Viva con Agua, and the Rockefeller Foundation.

AV FREYA

AV FREYA’s experimental dream pop weaves organic warmth with multi-layered electronic textures. The Berlin-based artist and producer creates immersive soundscapes in which the boundaries between acoustic and digital gently blend together. Ethereal vocals glide over glitchy rhythms through synths and floating guitars, unfolding with dreamlike softness. Shaped by influences from leftfield, ambient, and avant-pop, Freya’s music navigates the space between futuristic edges and familiar nostalgia.
