Encourage Film Talents 2026
The screenings will feature a showcase of short films from the highlights of feature films, documentaries, experimental films and animated films by talented filmmakers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland from 2025.

Programme:
12:00-14:00 Showcase Screening IFilm schools from the DACH region and several regional sponsors will each present a film from the past year. They take us into the everyday life of a single mother, to the beginning of the Yugoslavian War and to one of the last cowboys. Intense stories, human affection and the desire for understanding.
14:45-16:45 Showcase Screening II
Films from our participating partner film schools from the DACH region and regional sponsors will be shown, taking us around the world and back. They make us question the status quo and take a look at the past and the future. They depict a fragile and unfair world that is crying out for change.
