Sam Morril is one of New York City's top rising stand-up comedians and is considered one of the best joke writers in the business. He became known through regular appearances on Comedy Central's "This Week at the Comedy Cellar" and tours across the USA.
In 2011, Morril was named one of Comedy Central's "Comics to Watch." He has appeared on numerous prestigious TV shows.
In 2020, he released his third Comedy Central special, "I Got This," which garnered over 1.5 million YouTube views in two weeks. This was followed in 2022 by the Netflix special "Same Time Tomorrow," which is now also available on his YouTube channel.
His debut album, "Class Act" (2015), reached number 1 on iTunes and was featured on Comedy Central's "The Half Hour." The one-hour special "Sam Morril: Positive Influence" (2018) enjoyed great success. In addition to hosting the Emmy-nominated MSG show "People Talking Sports," Morril had a cameo in the Oscar-nominated film "Joker." With his "Class Act Tour," he thrilled audiences with over 80 sold-out shows worldwide, cementing his reputation as a comedy star.
