The Berlin Club Commission invites you to the political forum "Responsibility for the Night: The Future of Club Culture in Berlin" on January 28, 2026, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Ritter Butzke.

As the culmination of the all-day conference "Club & Space – Opportunities through Club-Cultural Location Development," the forum brings together stakeholders from club culture, the real estate industry, politics, and administration.

Insights from workshops and discussions will be directly incorporated into the debate, where political decision-makers will discuss concrete perspectives and measures for the future of Berlin's club culture. Club culture is an economic driver, a social meeting place, and a defining element of urban identity – yet it is under pressure due to space scarcity, uncertain funding, and a lack of planning integration.

The event aims to collaboratively develop sustainable concepts, strengthen networks, and move from short-term solutions to long-term urban development policies.

The focus is on questions about the long-term security of club locations, the role of club culture in urban development, and ways to create resilient, livable, and affordable cities.
