What can people actually measure, and with which tools? Through acrobatic movements, spatial drawings, and music, the measurability of the world is playfully questioned.

Between mathematics and poetry, the performers search for a common unity. To do so, they manipulate specially developed measuring devices with light, sand, and ropes. In doing so, they transfer the real space into the imaginary space of a walkable map. Whether the rocket journey succeeds depends on how accurate the map turns out.

In FIELD MEASUREMENT, a context is created in which the audience is invited to think along and thus actively participate in the action.
