The oskar | gallery team at the oskar | volunteer agency in Lichtenberg cordially invites you to the opening of the exhibition ‘Nature in Pictures’ by Lichtenberg artist Gunther Rieger. The opening will take place on Friday, 7 November 2025, at 6 p.m. at the oskar | voluntary agency (Weitlingstraße 89, 10317 Berlin).

At the age of ten, Gunther Rieger discovered his passion for painting – inspired by the artist Friedrich Krause-Osten.
After a busy professional life, he was able to give free rein to his creative streak again in retirement. His participation in advanced painting and drawing courses at the adult education centre deepened his artistic skills, which he now expresses in expressive paintings of nature and landscapes.
The exhibition ‘Nature in Pictures’ presents this connection between art and nature in a sensitive, colourful selection of his works.
It is curated by the dedicated oskar | gallery team at the oskar | volunteer agency in Lichtenberg.
The exhibition can be viewed during the agency's opening hours until 9 January 2026.
