Since 1848, Volkspark Friedrichshain has been considered the "green lung of East Berlin." Besides its rich and varied history, which makes the park so special, it is home to a surprisingly diverse array of insects, birds, plants, and old trees.
Around 30 bird species, falcons, and bats feel at home here in the heart of the city. Bringing binoculars is definitely worthwhile!
Of course, participants will also explore historical and architectural highlights, allowing them to fully experience the beauty and recreational value of Volkspark Friedrichshain.
