Introduced to shamanistic practices, trained in contemporary dance in her country and in the USA, South Korean choreographer Eun-Me Ahn has been developing her own language over her 30 years of career.
This workshop is focused on how the participants can control their body energy and center. There is a way to control muscles and balance. Eun-Me Ahn Company would like to teach how you can enjoy to develop inside energy and translate it into movement.
After a short warm up, and improvisation exercises, participants will gain insight into the repertoire of the company.
