32 years of the Kreuzberg Festival – Berlin's most beautiful street festival from June 26th to 28th, 2026

The Kreuzberg Festival celebrates its 32nd edition in 2026, inviting everyone to one of Berlin's biggest street festivals from June 26th to 28th, 2026.

For three days, Kreuzbergstraße, below Viktoriapark, transforms into a vibrant stage brimming with music, art, and culinary delights. Discover the multicultural atmosphere and unique festival experience that puts the diversity of Kreuzberg front and center.

Diverse Music on Three Stages

The Kreuzberg Festival's musical spectrum is as colorful and diverse as the district itself. From jazz and blues to world music, soul, reggae, and salsa, and on to hip-hop, rap, rock, and electro-dance – the festival offers music for every taste. This year, the festival will be enhanced by a third stage dedicated to Berlin's electronic music scene and relaxed club music.

Nearly 100 artists from Berlin and around the world will perform, providing a musical feast for the senses. Furthermore, the Kreuzberg Musical Action will open the event on Friday with talented up-and-coming musicians.

Festival Times

  • Friday, June 26: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Saturday, June 27: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Sunday, June 28: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Market Stalls, Street Food, and Culture

In addition to the music, visitors can expect around 100 market stalls with arts and crafts, fashion, design, and lifestyle products. Approximately 50 food stalls offer culinary specialties from around the world, ensuring there's something for everyone.

From Bergmannstrasse Festival to Berlin's Largest Open-Air Music Festival

The festival began in 1994 as the Bergmannstrasse Festival and quickly developed into Germany's largest open-air jazz festival. In 2018, it moved from Bergmannstraße to Kreuzbergstraße, where it has continued as the Kreuzberg Festival since 2019. In 2025, this success story will reach its climax with more music, more variety, and more Kreuzberg than ever before.

Be there – the Kreuzberg Festival 2026 awaits you!

Public transport is excellent, and the festival location is easily accessible by subway or bus lines 248, N42, N6, M19, and 140. It's just a short walk from the Mehringdamm (U6 and U7), Gneisenaustraße (U7), and Platz der Luftbrücke (U6) subway stations. Drivers should expect limited parking and road closures in the surrounding area during the three days. Therefore, using public transport is strongly recommended.
