GLANZ is an autofictional solo performance about sexualized abuse of power in the arts and culture sector – developed from personal experiences, research, and structures that become visible in everyday artistic practice.
With great vulnerability, humor, and analytical sharpness, the performance creates an evening that moves between theater, stand-up, and radical self-irony. GLANZ shows how subtly abuse can begin, how it becomes inscribed in working relationships, and how long it takes to understand its mechanisms. The evening is an invitation to disarm the shame that grows strongest in silence.
