FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT - the festival of freedom of movement will take place again this year on the Tempelhofer Feld, a meeting place for newcomers and people who have been living in Berlin for a long time.

For this year's FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT Festival from June 17th to 18th, the team around the artistic director Daphne Brunet dealt with their own cultural identity and how it develops.
All parts - or bits and pieces - that people pick up in encounters form cultural identity!
In its own and external circus productions, Freedom of Movement 2023 shows those identities that are formed through encounters in the circus and find a common expression through circus arts.
The process of their own circus productions was so formative that the festival received a new subtitle this year:
Welcome to the first FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT Festival - Bits and Pieces - Circus Identities!
In addition to the circus shows, there will be musical acts and a join-in circus.
