'Galentine’s Dinner' and 'Valentinsdinner'

February at Le Faubourg is all about love in all its facets. On February 13, chef Lukas Hackenberg invites you to a “Galentine's Dinner” where friends can enjoy a meal together. One day later, on February 14, the “Valentine's Dinner” for couples will follow.


On both evenings, the same three-course menu will be served exclusively as a special.

The meal will start with marinated beetroot salmon with vanilla, coffee, Tabasco, raspberry, and white chocolate. This is followed by a main course of pink roasted veal loin with port wine jus, celery, Jerusalem artichoke, leek, meadow herbs, and bread dumplings. The sweet finale is a cactus and fig pavlova with meringue, mascarpone, and lemon. The menu is accompanied by a glass of the house Crémant Rosé.
