Discover Catalonia
With “Discover Catalonia | Experience a Catalan Day,” KaSal invites you to explore Catalan culture with all your senses. Look forward to a day full of encounters, traditions, and culinary discoveries—open to Catalans, those curious about Berlin, and anyone in the mood for something new.
The program features typical Catalan specialties, including tapas, traditional drinks, and a freshly prepared fideuà. Workshops and a small museum corner offer insights into history, customs, and everyday culture. Of course, you’re welcome to take home handmade souvenirs from the creative activities.
Special highlights include the hands-on workshops led by the Castellers de Berlin, which showcase the tradition of spectacular human towers, as well as a sardana class that introduces participants to the steps of this Catalan folk dance.
There will also be music, raffles, and plenty of opportunities to chat with one another. A celebration for everyone who wants to get to know Catalonia better!
