Gero von Boehm meets Jürgen Prochnow
Gero von Boehm has met them all: artists, musicians, writers, theater and film directors, actors, fashion designers, architects, and other extraordinary personalities.
These stage discussions, organized by ART 28 GmbH, take place regularly at the Renaissance Theater. Gero von Boehm meets fascinating contemporaries – and presents the audience with a close-up of his conversation partner. A close-up in the truest sense of the word.
Jürgen Prochnow, born in Berlin in 1941, is one of the few German actors with a genuine Hollywood career and has played leading roles in films such as Das Boot, The Lost Honor of Katharina Blum, The English Patient, Twin Peaks, and The Da Vinci Code. In David Lynch's 1984 film adaptation of Dune, Prochnow played the role of Duke Leto Atreides. He has received numerous awards for his artistic work.
