June 3 – July 25, 2026
Over the course of eight weeks, the festival traces key themes in Toula Limnaios’s choreographic work and offers a glimpse into the company’s artistic development from its early works to current productions.
Highlights include reconstructions of “le temps d’après” (1997), “les possédés” (2009), “if I was real” (2013), “isson” (2003/2016), and the duet “shifted realities” (2019), in which Toula Limnaios herself will perform on stage alongside her longtime dancer Hironori Sugata.
In addition, the festival offers a glimpse into the artistic collaborators of the company.
Through a guest production by Compagnia Zappalà Danza, a concert series featuring works by Ralf R. Ollertz, and the Berlin-based ensemble mosaik, long-standing artistic connections are revisited and embedded within the anniversary context.
A film program accompanies the festival throughout its duration, expanding the stage works with documentary and cinematic perspectives.
The festival concludes with a joint celebration in the HALLE.
