Anna Seghers is still considered one of the most important voices in German exile literature. To mark her 125th birthday, members of the Berliner Ensemble will read texts at the Anna Seghers Museum in Berlin-Adlershof.

The museum is located in the apartment, complete with its original interior, where she worked and lived until her death in 1983.
