For three years the art container of the German-Danish artist group TURA YA MOYA travelled through Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Lithuania, Latvia and Denmark. In mostly smaller settlements, the artists examined the spirit of the respective place and projected the results into public space.

In addition to the media artists involved, local artists and children from the surrounding area participated in the project with drawings and music at all locations.

The temporary end of this long journey is now Biesdorf Castle in Berlin. The results of the artistic expedition will be shown as sound installations in the park and as projection art on the castle façade.

TURA YA MOYA specializes in site-specific, partially analog sound and light installations. Since 1990, they have used a wide variety of facades, including the Zeiss Planetarium, the Nordic embassies and numerous Nordic museums.
