Requisit der Performance „Almost There“
How do we engage with each other when preconceptions distort our perceptions? “Almost There” is an intimate encounter with Nofar Sela, in which absence brings people together.
Following intimate performances about pregnancy and death, Nofar Sela now puts the audience directly in her own political and artistic situation in Jerusalem. She offers coffee, talks about herself and her life and attempts to build a bridge across the chasm that now exists. “Almost There” looks for proximity in distance, so that by the end people may even be able to shake hands.
