AGE BOMBS: Co-Aging Kick-off Evening at BEYDES | Inspiration & Exchange
How do we want to work and live together in the future?
Society is changing rapidly. People are living longer, remaining active for longer, and navigating life paths that are more open and unpredictable than ever before. At the same time, millions of people are transitioning from employment to a new phase of life. Many want to actively shape this transition, create meaning, contribute, or even embark on a new chapter.
This is precisely what demographic change demands of people: a rethinking of work, learning, and living together.
We need new spaces
Age Bombs, a creative and consultative movement, has embraced this dynamic and is creating spaces where people from different phases of life can come together to reimagine aging. The goal is to make the potential of an age-diverse society visible.
Shaping the Future Together
With Co-Aging @ BEYDES, a pilot project is launching in Berlin-Tegel that demonstrates how collaboration across age groups can succeed. It explores how spaces are created where new ideas are tried out, knowledge is shared, and the future is shaped together. And how this energy extends far beyond the building into the wider urban landscape.
An Evening for Co-Creators
We warmly invite anyone who is shaping the future, from the creative industries, urban development, education, culture, business, and civil society, and who is ready to rethink collaboration and coexistence across age groups with us.
Program
Robert Eysoldt, Creative Strategist and founder of Age Bombs, will open the evening with a presentation on age diversity as a driver of innovation.
Afterwards, everyone will discuss:
How can co-aging become a laboratory where new forms of work, learning, and community emerge across all age groups?
What formats and structures are needed for co-aging to become a reality in Berlin?
What mindset is needed for co-aging to truly come alive?
Afterwards, there will be time to share ideas, meet new people, and wind down the evening with music and drinks.

About Robert Eysoldt:
Robert Eysoldt is a creative strategist and age diversity activist. For over 30 years, he has worked at the intersection of communication, creativity, and transformation, guiding organizations, teams, and individuals through change processes. This experience has shown him how much the perception of age and aging is shaped by prejudice and false attributions, both in the workplace and in everyday life. From this experience grew his mission to dismantle outdated stereotypes about aging and translate the power of age diversity into strategies for communication, design, culture, and leadership. He understands demographic change as a creative and strategic design challenge that will determine how future-proof people want to be as a society.
