Guided bike tour with a visit to the Ökowerk Nature Conservation Centre

After work, hop on your bike and experience Berlin’s industrial heritage on the ‘Nature and Infrastructure’ cycle tour. You’ll discover just how much vital infrastructure lies hidden in the Grunewald and along the River Havel.

One of the highlights of the 13-kilometre route is the view of the US listening post Teufelsberg and the Berlin skyline from the Drachenberg.

During the guided tour of Berlin’s oldest surviving waterworks, you will gain exclusive insights into the historic steam engine and the drinking water reservoir. This industrial monument is now home to the Ökowerk Nature Conservation Centre.

The path runs mainly along unpaved paths beside the River Havel and also climbs up to Drachenberg.

This tour is in English only and part of the Berlin Industrial Heritage Festival.
