Guided bike tour including a guided tour of the BMW production facilities and the BMW-Motorradwelt
From 1722 onwards, one of the most important centres of the Prussian arms industry developed around the Spandau Citadel. And from 1900, the area underwent a further transformation. A new district emerged: Siemensstadt, with its pioneering architecture.
During the guided tour, you’ll learn how Spandau contributed to Berlin being nicknamed ‘Elektropolis’ around 1900. Exclusive insights await you on the tour through the historic BMW Motorrad factory and the BMW Motorradwelt.
The cycle tour is part of the Berlin Industrial Culture Festival. The route follows cycle paths, riverside paths and side streets. Please register by 7 September.
