Textile techniques: Knowledge, skills, passing on

A day for the whole family! On the 19th MEK Textile Day, numerous artists will present their works and offer mini-workshops for trying out different techniques. Inspiration can also be found in the MEK exhibitions.

The art project "Gemeinsam 70 – alles im Fluss" (Together 70 – Everything in Flow) by the Berlin/Brandenburg Textile Group will be presented, featuring individually designed blue squares. A highlight will be the "Fresh it Up" competition entries by students from the Berlin Fashion School.
