An unexpected encounter with an elderly neighbour suffering from dementia triggers sudden conflicts. A girl develops an unexpected affection for her first pet. A woman makes several futile attempts to terminate her pregnancy until she meets a bus driver who offers her one last ray of hope.
A man talks to the neighbour’s son, whose father has just committed suicide – someone in a fragile mental state who reminds him of himself.
