This free two-day programme combines creative drawing with simple mindfulness exercises. It creates a calm, analogue space in which young people can learn to concentrate, relieve stress and strengthen their ability to express themselves.

Particularly against the backdrop of increasing digital sensory overload, this format offers a low-threshold yet effective complement to existing programmes.
The central principle of the project is a consistent focus on the participants’ own ideas, themes and need for self-expression. Their own ideas are actively incorporated into the artistic work. This sustainably strengthens self-efficacy, aesthetic judgement and cultural participation.
