Abend zum Internationalen Tag für Schutzsuchende
June 20 is a day of solidarity with refugees around the world. Together with organizations such as medico international, Sea-Watch, and Women in Exile, as well as through artistic contributions, this day is intended to serve as an opportunity to honor people who are forced to flee war, violence, and persecution—and to focus on their rights, needs, and perspectives.

Artistic Contributions
In his work, Egyptian poet and performer Abdullah Miniawy combines musical and poetic traditions with questions of artistic freedom and the present. In collaboration with Munich-based musician Carl Gari, he has been creating a haunting sound since 2015 that blends electronic soundscapes with existential intensity.
