On August 28 at 5 pm the ensemble "a tre" will perform. This Potsdam trio consisting of Birgitta Winkler (flute), Annegret Holjewilken (horn) and Matthias Jacob (organ) will present us a colorful bouquet of pieces for this instrumentation. The works range from arrangements of works of the late Baroque period to original compositions of the present. In addition to music by Bach, Liszt and Reger, some of which is related to church music, a trio sonata by the baroque composer Pepusch, a musician from Berlin who worked mainly in London, will be performed. Works of the present day will round out this rich chamber music program.
