Are you between 15 and 25 years old and interested in helping shape the Berlin State Museums with your ideas, projects, and input?
Then we cordially invite you to an open meeting at the exhibition “Ruin and Intoxication. Berlin 1910–1930.” You’ll have the opportunity to get to know us as members of the Youth Committee and potentially join as a new member!
During the workshop, we’ll first immerse ourselves in Berlin’s past through the artworks and poems. We’ll gain insights into both the glamour and the shadows of the city during a time of major political upheaval. From these impressions, we’ll draw parallels to today’s reality and process them in our own poems, texts, drawings, and collages. Finally, all the pages will be bound together into a collective zine—a booklet about the significance of Berlin for all participants.
