....a comedic slapstick production with "a very special bite"

An ancient family curse, a desolate moor, a haunted hound, and a deranged murderer on the loose, "The Hound of the Baskervilles," arguably the most famous Sherlock Holmes novel ever, is a true masterpiece of mystery and suspense. And, my God, this most terrifying tale in literary history is creepy...really, really creepy.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's most famous adventure gets a fast-paced comedic makeover in Motown Theatre's German guest performance (translated and directed by Roland Kalweit).

The ingenious adaptation by British writers Steven Canny (executive producer for BBC Studios Comedy) and John Nicholson (writer for BBC, Paramount & ITV), largely based on the novel's original plot, was a hit in London's West End and combines plenty of slapstick, Monty Python humor, theatrical ingenuity and wonderfully funny performances to give a brand new twist to the greatest detective story of all time.

A whodunit for all ages!
