Viewing Architecture around the Zoo

Unconventional perspectives and representations of architecture were a key aspect of experimental photography at the Bauhaus. Urban space was also an important motif for female Bauhaus photographers. Their fresh perspectives and experiments with light and shadow serve as the starting point for this photo walk and as inspiration for developing your own perspectives on Berlin’s architecture around the Zoologischer Garten. Any camera can be used, from SLR or compact cameras to cell phones.

During this photo walk, photographer Verónica Losantos will share tips on composition and exposure and demonstrate how to experimentally capture architecture with your own camera.
