As part of Le Lampenfieber 2026: »Are We A Thing?«

In a society that tends to separate the body, the voice, and language from one another, this workshop brings them back together.

The voice cannot fully express itself without the body, and the body cannot truly resonate without language.

In a world where it is often difficult for people from the Global Majority to speak up and be heard, this space was created to:

• explore and embody your voice

• reconnect with your presence

• find the courage to take up space and assert yourself

This workshop is not intended solely for artists. It is open to anyone who wishes to explore their voice, their presence, and their relationship to the world. People from the Global Majority will be given priority, but the workshop remains open to everyone.

Over the course of an afternoon, participants will explore the following topics:

1. Body & Voice: Posture, breath, energy, and resonance.

2. Rhythm, Gesture & Movement: Liberating language through the body.

3. Emotions & Self-Awareness: Recognizing and overcoming inner blocks.

4. Practice & Exchange: practical exercises, guided explorations, and supportive feedback.

A maximum of 12 people can participate. If you’re interested but find the price too high, feel free to contact the team by email (lelampenfieber@theaterimnu.de).
