Outbox Me Battle x Tanz im August

The event celebrates diversity, community, and the exchange between different dance cultures. “Outbox Me – Fusion Dancebattle” once again brings together dance enthusiasts of all styles.

Conceived by Nasrin Torabi, the event is part of the festival for the fourth time. As a social and political movement, hip-hop has always stood for empowerment and given marginalized communities a voice—a clear sign of resistance against inequality and discrimination.

“Outbox Me” takes up this idea and expands on it: a wide variety of dance cultures and styles are invited to a battle—from street to ballroom to contemporary.
