Modern Jazz: Matteo Ridolfini's meditative, unpretentious, somewhat melancholic music is influenced by the finest jazz guitar tradition as well as rock-oriented bands and artists of the 90s.

Born in Naples, Italy, in 1990, Matteo Ridolfini is a guitarist and a composer. Grown up with pizza, old-school videogames and heavy metal, he became obsessed with jazz in his early 20s. After completing his first course of study in jazz guitar with honours in Naples, he moved to Berlin in 2015, where he got his Bachelor’s degree from the Jazz-Institut Berlin in 2021.
Here he started his own trio project with fellow students Johannes Schauer (bass) and Jonas Friese (drums).
Free entry – it is suggested to give some money if you like the band.
